Postage and Returns
Affirmation scrolls will be using Australia Post and regular delivery which takes between 1-5 days. Within NSW and metropolitan areas the parcel will be there the next working day, between metropolitan and country areas it will take 1-3 days. Postage to other states will take 2-5 working days.Ausralia Post uses road transport and the timetables are guidelines. If you would like to receive a parcel urgently please contact us and we can arrange express post at an extra cost.
International Orders
We can deliver anywhere in the world using Australia Post. There are two services, regular, and fast which is the EMS (international courier system).The cost of the postage depends on the weight and the country. So if you contact us we can let you know the cost of the postage and if there are custom regulations, you will need to take care of them.
Refunds
If you need to have a purchase refunded, the purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card. As long as we are notified within 7 days and the product is returned within 14 days with your details.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a product please notify us within 7 days. As long as the product has not been worn or damaged I am more than happy to exchange or refund your money.
